Requesting an RMA
If you would like to request an RMA to return the product to Peek Traffic for repair or replacement, please contact us to request an RMA number. You should plan to provide the following pieces of information:
The number of units
The product model number
The serial number(s)
And finally, details about the suspected fault
Once you’ve contacted the Peek Signal group and provided the details, they will give you an RMA number that should be included on all correspondence relating to the repair, most importantly, the box used to ship the faulty unit back to the factory.
